Kingston Vale is a region in South West London, in the London area of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. It is a quiet residential area and a lovely tranquil place to reside. The area is famed for its gardens and well-kept grass verges. There are adequate facilities and amenities in the village. It has plenty of parks and greenery, as it is surrounded by Richmond Park, Coombe Hill and Wimbledon Common. Its postcode area is SW15. The main road that passes through the area is the A308 and A3 London to Portsmouth Road. The nearest junction is the Robin Hood Roundabout, which lies north -east of the village. There are 3 bus routes connecting the village with nearby areas New Malden and Tolworth to the South, Kingston and Surbiton to the South West, Roehampton and Putney to the north- east. The area is featured in various documents, dating back to 1791. There is no railway station here, but buses link with them in the nearby areas. It is a pretty village with schools, churches, museums and a university.
