What we do
Living in Earlsfield
Earlsfield, in the London Borough of Wandsworth, covers the postcode district of SW18 and is a typical London suburb where most of the residential houses are Victorian terraced houses. Earlsfield railway station connects to Central London at Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo and is also served by several bus routes. Because it was once mainly inhabited by the working class, much of the property are medium sized terraced housing although there have been some contemporary new houses developed in the area recently. This has attracted many new and young families as real estate here is more affordable than elsewhere in the neighbouring areas of Battersea and Putney. Garrat Lane in the heart of Earlsfield offers a variety of places where you can find different meals, gastro pubs and cafes. The locality has a bustling social vibe with many new cafes and supermarkets opening in the vicinity. This, in addition to the fast link trains to London and well-respected schools nearby, has established this area as an attractive housing location for young professionals and families. It is also a great area to bring kids up in. Garratt Green, Garratt Park and King George’s Park offer open playing areas while the two facilities at It’s a Kid’s Thing and Mini Potters provide lovely play and sport facilities for children.
