Allowance and Replacements

We provide initial footwear and scheduled replacements. Crews report wear or damage immediately for swift issue.

Medical Exemptions

If a medical condition prevents standard footwear, we assess alternatives and document agreed controls.

Enforcement

Supervisors check PPE before work begins. Non-compliance pauses the job until the correct footwear is worn.
