Waste Disposal Policy — Lawful, Safe and Traceable (2025–2030)

This policy ensures every load we collect is handled lawfully and routed to licensed facilities. It protects customers from fly-tipping risk and supports sustainability goals.

Core Rules

  • Waste becomes company property at collection
  • WTNs issued and retained for all movements
  • Licensed transfer stations and MRFs used exclusively
  • Segregation for metals, timber, WEEE and other recoverables where practical

Facility & Paperwork Controls

We record the receiving facility on your WTN, keep manifests for audit and verify supplier licences regularly.

Breaches & Enforcement

Any breach of this policy is treated seriously, including termination of supplier relationships and internal disciplinary action.

Customer Proof

On request, we provide disposal tickets or summaries — useful for landlords, agents, tenders and ESG reporting.
