What we do
See sunny Wood Green!
Wood Green is an area in North London, within the London Borough of Haringey. The region is in the N22 post code, and sits between Tottenham, Palmers Green and Harringay. The area is named after its previous existence as part of Tottenham Wood, hence Wood Green. The central parts of Wood Green have some amazing nightlife and culture, with many bars, clubs, restaurants and pubs. The main road, part of Green Lanes, forms the main shopping area for the region. The region is fed culturally by an arts studio building called the Chocolate Building. The nearby Alexandra Palace is an amazing place to visit for gigs and theatre shows. The old building has its own park land, which is worth visiting as well. The area is connected by Wood Green tube station to the Piccadilly line, giving decent access to the centre of London, and there are many bus services through the area that connect it to the rest of the city.
